Do you have chronic pain, fatigue, longstanding health challenges, or “mysterious symptoms” that make western doctors shrug? Or maybe you’ve you been offered “solutions” involving medications with gnarly side-effects, or surgery, and you feel like there must be another way.
This is what Sarahpeutics does: we bridge the gap between western and holistic methods, and help you understand your body’s messages (AKA pain and discomfort!). Western medicine has amazing tools for addressing emergency problems, but with the subtler, chronic, nagging stuff — holistic systems are where it’s at, and Sarahpeutics is ready to give you the holistic tools you need, in a digestible, fun and easy way.
In short: You can learn to give your body what it needs, and unlock new energy, vitality, and joy. We are so excited to support and witness your journey to Your Optimal Self!

OUR BACKGROUND AND METHODS
Together, the Sarahs have trained and practiced for over 10,000 hours, including rigorous study of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, massage, nutrition, AcroYoga (both are Level 2 certified), pilates, meditation, and more.
Using Traditional Chinese Medicine’s 5 Element Theory, we organize this multitude of tools to illuminate a simple path to understanding your symptoms. Once you can see the whole picture—how your symptoms relate to one another, to your lifestyle, your environment, and to your constitution—solutions emerge, and pain is alchemized into wisdom. Your pain becomes information on what you need to be nourished, find strength, and achieve health and wellness.
Whether you join us for a workshop, a training, or private healing sessions, you walk away with hands-on skills you can use immediately to become healthier, more energized, and to live a life you love!
About us individually
Sarah Vosen is an agile and articulate mind, with a natural grasp of symbolic systems and the conceptual relationships between well-being, behavior, emotion, and the physical body. Her rigorous study of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture have synergized with her study of western nutrition and many forms of physical exercise, including yoga, AcroYoga, gymnastics, capoeira, and pilates. She is a font of knowledge about wellness – anatomically, internally, and energetically — which she articulates with simplicity and clarity. Her work nurtures the mind, body, and soul, with equal weight.

Sarah Yovovich loves nothing more than helping people find their strength and joy. At 13 years old she started coaching gymnastics and tutoring mathematics—in both, helping frustrated people accomplish things they didn’t think they could do. She delighted to see students realize that not only could they do that trick or solve that problem, but it was fun! Not much has changed since then, except that Sarah has studied yoga, massage, acrobatics, and Chinese medicine internationally, gathering a huge set of knowledge about the body, health, and wellness. She’s also amassed thousands of hours of practice as a healer, learning what tools best serve each unique situation and person. As a graduate of the University of Chicago, she brings exceptional analytical training together with compassion, to offer students and clients opportunities to try on new modes of being. With Sarah, you will safely adventure into new territory, physically and emotionally, in order to unleash new strength, insight, and joy.
