Get your body primed for play, 2016-style! The Sarahs will lead you through opening the 12 most important structural muscles, to align you for optimal playtime, with ease and power. We'll flow Thai & Fly style, infusing wisdom from Chinese Medicine, to turn your 2015-induced tension into a communal pile of delighted relief, to start the year off right. We also employ "acropeutic" flight to train our bodies to engage with acrobatics therapeutically, setting a foundation to step into the year stronger and brighter. Calibrate your chill by following the paths of least resistance.
