Sarah Vosen, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.

My intention is to help you understand how your body works and how to decipher your pain, symptoms, and overwhelming emotions, to turn those messages into useful information. We can use that info to fulfill your needs, feel your best, and live your purpose!

If you are looking for guidance and support that will empower you with the tools to take great care of yourself, you’re in the right place and I’m delighted to help! My specialties are in resolving pain (physical, emotional and spiritual) and creating optimal digestion for overall wellbeing and health.

I understand the conceptual and symbolic relationships between emotion, behavior, and the physical body, thanks to the wisdom of East and West; Traditional Chinese Medicine, the many philosophies of nutrition, meditation, and energy management.

I enjoy embodying and playing with how intentional shifts in the energetic body manifest in the physical through treatments, coaching, spiritual connection and my favorite movement practices; such as yoga, AcroYoga, capoeira, pilates, hiking and gymnastics.

Private healing sessions with Sarah Vosen will be tailored to address your specific needs using a variety of modalities to help you achieve your wellness goals, your session may include:

All modalities will be discussed when relevant. I will recommend the best for you and your healing process during each treatment. You can also request the type of treatment you would prefer. Together, we will create a treatment plan that works best for you.

"Sarah is by far the best healer I have ever met. She is intuitive, knowledgable and caring. She really took the time to listen and get to know me and then provided me with the healing I needed. She was able to think outside the box and immensely helped me with my health and pain management. Sarah is an incredible soul. Some people come into your life and leave a lasting impact.....Sarah is one of those." --Sara

"Sarah is a talented, caring and knowledgeable bodyworker and acupuncturist. Her professional experiences and her own athletic experiences give her a well-rounded perspective into the hows and whys of pain, which in turn produces targeted, effective treatments." --Margaret

"Sarah has been in my lifeline for more than 2 years and I miss her dearly. She has helped me through a broken heart and releasing old, destructive behaviors. Fortunately, we are still connected though phone appointments. She has been like a trusted friend. A safe place to release and grow, learn boundaries and self-care through Thai massage, acupuncture, cupping life-coaching and in ways I cannot explain. She has been a blessing in my life. I will never forget her and always be grateful for our time together." --Cheryl M.

"Sarah is a compassionate and talented practitioner who listens to your needs and focuses on healing both the symptom and the root causes. I began seeing her for severe and frequent migraines. After regular visits, I now only get about 25% of the migraines I used to! Not only that, we worked through underlying issues that may have contributed to the migraines, such as hormonal imbalance, stress/muscle tension, allergies, and "life in general". She utilized a variety of therapies including acupuncture, cupping, massage and essential oils. She encouraged continuing care after I left the office with recommended stretching exercises, reading and meditation ideas. Sarah's approachable personality makes it easy to connect with her and it is clear that she cares for each person that walks through the door." --Jenny M.

"Sarah is a very thoughtful and skilled clinician. She was very attuned to my specific needs, and made every effort to help me. Sarah offered warm and non-judgmental care. She will be missed." --Lisa

"I was receiving treatments face up every time I went to acupuncture. My pain level was staying the  same. Sarah changed my treatments by giving me face down treatments and working on my problem area from the back. It made all of the difference in the world. I really feel a lot better, and this proves that she is a very capable professional who can change treatments to best fit her client's needs. I really enjoyed working with Sarah. I suffer from chronic pain in my right knee and high blood pressure. Sarah was able to really limit the pain that I suffer from. My doctor sent me to a specialist that told me that if acupuncture wasn't working as well as it was, that I would have to have a knee replacement, that is the kind of bad shape that my knee is in. My blood pressure has dropped 40 points since I started to receive treatments from Sarah. I wish she didn’t have to leave but I hope everything works out for her." --J.R.

"Sarah did a great job with my treatments and they help tremendously. She is very knowledgable in her craft and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend her!" --Damon Lee

"Sarah combines her deep knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, and multiple massage modalities, along with an incredible intuition and sensitivity to understand what's happening and how she can help. Sarah is completely present during our healing sessions, paying careful attention to my words as well as my body. I often feel like I am transported to another place, and brought back to earth as a healthier, more harmonious, glowing version of myself. All of this comes with a loving honesty you would want from your sister or best friend. I've enjoyed several healing sessions with Sarah over the last four years and look forward to more! Do yourself a favor and schedule a session with Sarah Vosen as soon as possible!" --Christina A., Artist and College Guidance Counselor turned Massage Therapist

"I found Sarah through my insurance company and I was just not sure what to expect until the second we sat down and talked-I knew she was tuned in-professional who cared about what was happening to me and what brought me back to her acupuncture practice. I had chronic pain in my back and was frustrated and over it all. After my treatment with Sarah(who is a pro with the placement of needles) I felt so much better- so much so that I went back weekly and woke up every morning without pain! Her skill and commitment to me as a patient was stellar-this is a genuine practitioner who truly cares about your healing process." --Jody Rudy

"Sarah was such an incredible support system for me during a very physically and emotionally trying time in my life. Beyond just being an incredible acupuncturist, Sarah has a wonderful way of  making you feel open and and willing to think outside of the box, to find out exactly what is causing the root of your pain and discomfort. I dealt very specifically with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, as well as issues with my ovaries, menstrual cycle and emotional stress. Because of her deep knowledge and understanding of women, I felt like we made leaps and bounds of progress over our time together. With each treatment, I felt like she helped me shed a layer of negative residue from my body, bringing in magical healing and so much positivity. She relived a lot of my pain and anxiety and I continue to use her practices and hear her voice in my head from across the country. I will be forever grateful." --Kelli Tennant, TV host at Spectrum Sportsnet

"Sarah explains everything, every time and the added massage is nice. I had sciatica for a long time and tried everything and it didn't go away until I worked with her. She helped me a lot." --Maritza Muscarolas

"I went in there broken and she helped me walk out brand new. I wouldn't say she is just an acupuncturist, she has so many other things in her bag of tricks and I'm just so grateful to her for all of her teachings and I can't recommend her enough." --Bruce Shinagawa
